Booking

Sending a request doesn't book a time. We'll text or call to confirm the day, time and price before Nathan comes out.

Changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Just call or text. No fee. Weather happens too, so we may reschedule rain-outs and snow days.

Payment

After the job you get a simple invoice by text. Pay by card through Stripe, or cash or check to Nathan. Card charges show on your statement as BARRIS CO. We never see or store your card number.

Safety

Nathan works in a way that keeps him safe, with a parent nearby when needed. Very hilly or unusual yards may not be something he can do. If that's the case, his dad may help or we'll let you know.

Your privacy

We keep your name, phone, address and any photos you send only to schedule and do the job. We don't sell or share them, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
